Bill Lussier has extensive experience in the semiconductor industry, currently serving as President and Managing Director of Tokyo Electron since October 2019, after leading European sales as Vice President. Previous roles at Tokyo Electron US from 1996 to 2013 included responsibilities as Business Unit Manager, Assistant Business Unit Manager, European Product Service Manager, and Applications Engineering Manager, focusing on wafer prober applications and software development. Bill began his career at KLA as an Applications Engineering Manager from 1993 to 1996. Bill holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from DeVry Institute of Technology, earned between 1986 and 1990.
