Sitaram Arkalgud

Sitaram Arkalgud is a seasoned professional in semiconductor technology, currently serving as Vice President of Integration, Operations, and Major Programs at Tokyo Electron Limited since July 2021. Prior to this role, Sitaram worked as a Technologist focused on 3DI and Heterogeneous Integration at Tokyo Electron US from September 2019 to July 2021. Sitaram's extensive experience includes serving as Vice President for 3D Applications and 3D Technology at Xperi Corporation, where contributions included the application of advanced bonding technologies and optimization of packaging solutions. Sitaram also held senior leadership positions at SEMATECH, directing interconnect and 3D interconnect developments, and at Infineon Technologies/Qimonda, focusing on memory strategy and technology evaluation. Sitaram's career began as a Process Engineer at Motorola Semiconductor, specializing in various memory technologies. Sitaram holds a PhD in Materials Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
