Director Strategic Quality Planning at Tokyo Electron

James Mulhall has over 20 years of work experience in various roles within the semiconductor industry. James began their career at Cypress Semiconductor, where they worked as a Senior Equipment Engineering Technician, responsible for troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of equipment in the Thin Films/Metals/Etch and Implant areas. After working at Cypress Semiconductor for five years, they joined Tokyo Electron US as an Equipment Engineer/Fab Supervisor, managing maintenance and support for R&D lab equipment and coordinating daily activities for fab facility management. James then progressed to become the Technical Support/Integrated Metrology Applications Leader, leading a team of engineers in supporting Tokyo Electron America US customer sites and managing customer relations. James later became the Product Support Group Leader, overseeing support for all Tokyo Electron America US customer sites. Currently, they are the Director Installation & Planning Group at Tokyo Electron US, where they manage strategic and operational planning for OEM systems installation for all US customers.

James Mulhall earned an Associate of Science (AS) degree in Physical Science from Austin Community College in 1997. James then went on to Texas State University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Technology in 2000. In 2008, they returned to Texas State University and completed a Master of Science (MS) degree in Technology in 2010.
