Wendy Quinn

Principal Continuous Improvement Specialist at Tokyo Electron

Wendy Quinn has a diverse work history in the semiconductor industry. Wendy started their career at Tokyo Electron in 1998 as a Senior Etch Process Engineer and worked there until 2004. Wendy then joined Freescale Semiconductor, where they held various engineering roles, including Senior Etch Process Engineer and Device Engineer. In 2012, Wendy returned to Tokyo Electron, this time in the US, where they worked as a Project Manager and Program Manager before transitioning to roles in application engineering, technical marketing, and continuous improvement. Wendy's expertise spans process development, optimization services, defectivity reduction, and process training.

Wendy Quinn holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Rochester, which they obtained from 1996 to 1998. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Chemistry at St. John Fisher University from 1993 to 1996. Wendy has also obtained additional certifications such as "Women Who Mean Business" from Badgr (now part of Instructure) in 2022 and "ASQ Certified Six Sigma Black Belt" and "Certified Six Sigma Black Belt (CSSBB)" from ASQ in December 2016.
