Yan Chen

Yan Chen has had a diverse work experience starting in 1997 as a Lecturer at Tsinghua University. In 2004, Yan Chen joined Tokyo Electron America as a Research Scientist and progressed to Senior Research Scientist in 2013. From 2015 to 2020, Yan Chen served as a Principal Research Scientist and currently holds the position of Director of Technology at Tokyo Electron America.

Yan Chen obtained a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Precision Instruments from Tsinghua University, where they studied from 1990 to 1997. Yan later pursued a Ph.D in Electrical Engineering at the University of Utah, completing their studies from 1999 to 2004. Additionally, they obtained a certification in "Essential Lessons for First-Time Managers" from LinkedIn in 2021.
