Manon Colmant's work experience starts in 2011 with a brief role as an Agent Technique at DOCAPOST-BPO. In 2012, they worked as a Stagiaire, chargée des Relations Entreprises at IPAG Business School. The following year, they had a role as a Stagiaire, aide chargés de comptes at Clientis from February to July. In September 2013, they worked as a Conseillère mariage Intérimaire at 1001 Listes for a short period. From October 2013 to April 2014, they were a Chargée de promotion at IPAG Paris. In May to August 2014, they worked as a Stagiaire commerciale at AJS Group. From September 2014 to August 2015, Colmant served as an Assistante Développement/Filière Franchise et Réseaux at KPMG. In 2016, they became a Customer Success Manager at Allocab and stayed there until February 2018. Starting in October 2018, they worked as a Customer Success Manager at TokyWoky until November 2021. From November 2021 to August 2022, they were the Head of Customer Success France at TokyWoky. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Customer Success at TokyWoky, starting in August 2022.

Manon Colmant earned a Master's degree in Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies from Ipag Business School, where they studied from 2010 to 2015. In 2012, they participated in an exchange program at Yunnan Normal University in China, focused on International Commerce.
