Phillip Poarch

Phillip Poarch has worked in various roles in different companies. Phillip started their career as a System Administrator Apprentice at Abilene Christian University in 2007. Later, they worked as a Financial Analyst and an Integration Champion at Genesis Networks Solutions from 2009 until 2012. Phillip then joined Tolar Systems, Inc. as Director of Operations in 2012 where they played a significant role in transitioning the company to a managed services model. Phillip was later promoted to Vice President in 2017 and recently became the President in January 2022. In their current position, they are responsible for developing new business solutions, managing team members, and leading sales efforts for Complete Care managed services offerings with a focus on industry-specific solutions.

Phillip Poarch attended Abilene Christian University from 2005 to 2009, where they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Management. Additionally, they have obtained a certification in CMMI-SVC from the CMMI Institute. The month and year in which they obtained the certification are unknown.
