Amy Reinmeyer, PHR, SHRM-CP, PHR-CA has a diverse background in human resources, with experience in both managerial and consultancy roles. Amy'smost recent position was as the Director of Human Resources at Toledo Tool and Die since July 2023. Prior to that, they served as the Human Resources Director at Envases Ohio from April 2021 to June 2023. Amy also worked as a Human Resources Manager at AMES Taping Tools, where they led the implementation of a new ATS and automated the recruitment process. Additionally, Amy has experience as an HR Manager at Hancock Claims Consultants and Lowe's. Amy has also worked as a Teacher at Rockdale County Public Schools and Fulton County Schools. Prior to that, they obtained a Master of Education degree in Reading from Bowling Green State University in 2003. Amy also holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Education from Bowling Green State University, and a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree from Georgia State University.

In addition to their academic achievements, Amy has obtained several certifications to enhance their professional expertise. Amy received the PHR (Professional in Human Resources) certification from the HR Certification Institute in 2018.
