Deshawn Smith

Deshawn Smith is an experienced die set leader currently at Toledo Tool and Die since February 2023. Previously, Deshawn worked as a press technician at Flex-N-Gate from November 2018 to January 2023, after serving as a die setter at AGS Automotive from August 2017 to November 2018. Additional experience includes positions as a die setter at Fisher Dynamics Metal Forming from March 2016 to August 2017 and at Schaller Corp from October 2009 to October 2014. Deshawn's education includes a degree in Mechanical Engineering as an able seaman from the Paul Hall Center for Maritime Training and Education (2008-2009) and a high school diploma from Detroit Central High School (2001-2005).
