Frances Toler

Frances Toler is an experienced financial advisor and CEO of Toler Financial Group, a position held since November 2015 after relocating the business to Cambridge Investment Research, Inc. Frances brings a diverse background, having served as a financial advisor with New York Life Insurance Company and First Financial Group between 2001 and 2015. Prior to their financial career, Frances worked as a midwife and managed prenatal and pediatric programs at the Washington Free Clinic. Additionally, Frances owned Mt Rainier Books, providing bookkeeping services to small businesses and non-profits, and was a member of the Women's Community Bakery where responsibilities included accounting and human resources. Frances holds a Master of Science in Financial Services from The American College of Financial Services and a Bachelor’s degree from Williams College.
