Caroline Carstens

Caroline Carstens, CPHR, SHRM-SCP, has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as an HR Advisor: Talent and HR Business Partner at Tolko Industries since October 2017. Previously, Caroline worked at Sasol for a decade as a Human Resources Consultant, where partnership with clients facilitated the successful delivery of business strategies and ensured alignment with HR practices. Prior to that, roles included providing professional administrative services to senior management at Sasol Polymers and offering tailored organizational development solutions. Caroline's career began at Technip as a Handover Coordinator, managing significant engineering deliverables for the PP2 Project. Caroline holds a BA (Hons) in Psychology from the University of South Africa and a BA (Hons) in Corporate Communication Management from the University of Johannesburg.
