Jim Bennett

Jim Bennett has held various roles in the human resources field throughout their career. Jim currently serves as the Vice President of Human Resources for Landis+Gyr since March 2022. Prior to this, they were the Vice President of Human Resources and HR Integration at L3Harris Technologies from October 2017 to December 2021. Jim also held the position of Vice President of Human Resources - Interior Systems at Rockwell Collins from April 2017 to October 2017. Before that, they worked at B/E Aerospace as the Corporate Vice President of Human Resources from October 2015 to April 2017 and as the Vice President of Human Resources for the Commercial Aircraft Segment from October 2011 to April 2017. Jim also held roles such as Vice President of Human Resources - Rexnord Aerospace at Rexnord Industries, LLC from November 2007 to July 2011 and Senior Manager of Human Resources & Administration at Elesys North America Inc. from April 2004 to October 2007. Jim Bennett began their career as the Director of Human Resources at ForestExpress from December 2000 to December 2003.

Jim Bennett holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the Haslam College of Business at the University of Tennessee. Jim also has an MBA in Business Administration from the Kennesaw State University - Michael J. Coles College of Business. In addition, they have obtained a certification in SHRM Executive Network Membership from the SHRM Executive Network in January 2023.
