Andrew Bailey

Andrew Bailey currently serves as a Project Manager for Amenities Development at Toll Brothers since September 2023. Prior to this role, Andrew accumulated extensive experience at Copper Hill Development Inc. from June 2015 to September 2023, where responsibilities included managing the acquisition, development, design, construction, and management of commercial interiors ranging from 5,000 RSF to over 100,000 RSF. Andrew's career also includes positions as Assistant Project Manager and Construction Management Intern. Andrew holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering Technology & Construction Management from the New Jersey Institute of Technology, earned between 2011 and 2016.
