Chris Roberts holds a Master of Science in Human Resource Development from Drexel University and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology with a focus on Business and Labor & Industrial Relations from Penn State University. Chris has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as the Sr. Manager of HR Data & Analytics at Toll Brothers since April 2018, after progressing from the Manager role. Prior to that, Chris worked as an HRIS Analyst at Burlington Stores, Inc. and held multiple positions at Drexel University, including HRIS Supervisor and HR Business Manager. Early career experience includes roles at Healthcare Strategies, Inc. as a Benefits/Accounting Coordinator and as a Recruiter at Express Employment Professionals. Chris is also certified as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) and SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP).
