Kevney Moses Asla

Kevney Moses ASLA, LEED AP, is an experienced Land Entitlement Manager at Toll Brothers since April 2022, with prior experience as an Acquisition & Development Manager at Workforce Partners, LLC from November 2018 to March 2022. At Workforce Partners, Kevney directed the design and entitlement processes for several significant redevelopment projects, including an 89-unit infill TOD redevelopment and a 27-unit up-zone development. Previously, as Associate Principal at Wesley Stout Associates from October 2010 to October 2018, Kevney oversaw multi-family, mixed-use, commercial, and high-end residential projects totaling over $250 million, managing staff, workflows, budgets, forecasts, and scheduling. Kevney holds a Bachelor of Landscape Architecture from The University of Georgia, completed between 2004 and 2010, and attended Landon School from 2000 to 2004.
