Steven Y. Brumfield

Steven Y. Brumfield, CMCA, AMS, PCAM, is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in community association management. Currently serving as Vice President - National Director of the Community Association Group at Toll Brothers, Inc. since May 2013, Brumfield oversees the creation and operation of numerous community associations across the nation for a leading luxury homebuilder. Brumfield has also held significant roles such as Vice President of Operations at Wentworth Property Management, where responsibilities included managing a portfolio of large-scale community associations and substantial budgets. Additionally, Brumfield has served as Vice Chairman of the Planning Commission of Londonderry TWP, PA, and as Past President of the Community Associations Institute, a prominent organization supporting the community association industry. Earlier roles include an Assistant Director position at Toll Brothers, Inc., and a Board Member for the CAI’s PA - DE Valley Chapter.
