Gunasegari Manikayasagam has extensive experience in customer service and purchasing. Currently serving as a Customer Service Specialist at Toll Global Forwarding since May 2018, Gunasegari Manikayasagam is responsible for responding to sales inquiries, building relationships with prospects, and facilitating up-selling and cross-selling of products. Previously, from January 2011 to May 2018, Gunasegari Manikayasagam worked as a Purchasing Buyer at Mutiara Manufacturing & Marketing Sdn Bhd, where responsibilities included sourcing and negotiating pricing to ensure competitive quality, pricing, and delivery from suppliers. Gunasegari Manikayasagam holds a Bachelor Degree in Management of Technology from University Tun Hussein Onn Malaysia, obtained between 2007 and 2010.
