Derek Flanagan

Derek Flanagan has over ten years of experience in finance and procurement. Since 2016, they have been the Director of Finance & Procurement at Tolmar, where they lead a team and ensures business goals are met. Prior to that, they worked as a Finance Manager at Aramark Workplace Solutions from 2015 to 2016, overseeing monthly close processes and audits. Before that, they served as a Business Controller Ireland and Shared Services Accounts Payable Manager at SYNCREON from 2013 to 2015, handling financial reporting and reconciliations. Derek also worked at the European Computer Driving Licence Foundation as a Management Accountant and Accounts Payable/Receivable specialist from 2011 to 2013, and started their career as a Trainee Accountant/Accounts Payable Specialist at SYNCREON in 2010.

Derek Flanagan obtained a degree in Accounting and Finance from Independent College in Dublin, Ireland. Derek attended this college from 2010 to 2014, focusing on earning an ACCA qualification.
