Ana Jovakarić

Ana Jovakarić currently serves as the Country HR Operations Team Lead at Toloka since May 2024 and holds the position of Human Resources Generalist at Yandex since December 2022. Prior experience includes roles as Legal Counsel and Employee Experience Specialist at Centili from October 2016 to December 2022, and HR Manager at Pharmacy and Physiotherapy College from October 2015 to October 2016, where responsibilities involved developing company policies and managing employment contracts for 150 employees. Ana also worked as a Senior Expert Associate at the Republic of Serbia Pension and Disability Insurance Fund from January 2013 to November 2014, providing legal advice and writing analyses on Labour law. A former volunteer with YUCOM Lawyer's Committee for Human Rights, Ana holds a Master's degree in International Law and Legal Studies from the Faculty of Law at the University of Belgrade and a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from the Faculty of Organizational Sciences at the same university.
