Iain Pike

Iain Pike has over 16 years of experience in recruitment and HR roles. Iain is currently the Head of Recruitment at Toloka, a position they have held since February 2022. Prior to this, Iain worked as the General Manager at Dorset Recruitment from May 2010 to February 2022. During their time at Dorset Recruitment, they managed key accounts, led business development activities, and managed project-based interim management and training courses for clients.
