Sarah Seybold

Sarah Seybold is an experienced enologist currently working at Tolosa Winery since September 2021, where responsibilities include performing laboratory analyses and coordinating the wine production process. Previous roles include operations specialist at Blakeslee & Blakeslee and lab production intern at E. & J. Gallo Winery, where Sarah assisted in monitoring wine health and executing daily analytical tests. Additionally, experiences as a vineyard research assistant at Cal Poly Plant Pathology Research and vineyard operations intern at O'Neill Vintners & Distillers provided valuable hands-on exposure to vineyard management and research. Sarah holds a degree in Agricultural and Environmental Plant Science, specializing in Fruit and Crop Science, from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo.
