Anmol Pandey has a range of experience working in different roles and companies. Anmol started their career at Convergys in 2016 as a Microsoft Office 365 Support Engineer, where they troubleshooted and resolved issues regarding Microsoft Office O365. Anmol also maintained relationships with vendors and identified opportunities for operational improvements. In 2018, they joined Dell Technologies as a Senior Client Associate, working on the salesforce CRM tool to automate in-house issues and handle escalations with clients. Anmol focused on maintaining SLAs and finding ways to automate operations. Most recently, in 2019, they joined Toluna as a Project Manager, progressing to Senior Project Manager and then Lead Project Manager.
