Brian Harmon has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Brian is currently serving as the Executive Vice President and Head of Customer Experience for the Americas at Toluna, where they are responsible for leading vision, strategy, and execution for all facets of Customer Experience. Brian played a key role in integrating five teams following the acquisition of GutCheck and building and supervising the Client Experience team. Prior to their role at GutCheck, Brian served as the Managing Director for the Southeast Region at Kantar. There, they supervised a 33-person team supporting clients in various industries and ensured the overall quality of the client experience by establishing an outreach program. Additionally, they successfully expanded relationships with key clients and increased penetration into another account.

Before their role at Kantar, Brian worked at Kantar TNS as the Design and Insights Lead for the Brand Research Division. Brian directed a 24-person team supporting a diverse book of business and led the new Brand Research team during a period of significant change.

Brian also has a strong background in market research, having served as the Senior Vice President of Research Design and Management at Millward Brown. In this role, they led market research engagements for clients in various industries, sustaining $60M in annual revenue and driving revenue growth and operational improvements.

Earlier in their career, Brian worked as a Competitive Analyst at MCI WorldCom and as a Marketing Assistant at SLI Consulting.
