Erika M. has a diverse work experience starting in 2009 as a Salesforce Administrator at Voya Financial. Erika then joined Newmarket International as a CRM Consultant, where they helped build the CRM practice and provided solutions to enhance guest service and streamline business processes using Salesforce.com. Erika also served as a CRM Administrator at the University of New Hampshire, where they designed, managed, and maintained the technical components of CRM implementations. At Planet Fitness World Headquarters, Erika held the role of Manager, Business Systems, responsible for growing and managing a team to support the CRM infrastructure. Erika also acted as a Salesforce Architect & Product Owner, collaborating with business users to develop optimal CRM solutions. Erika has also worked at Catalant Technologies as a Business Systems specialist and at Slalom as a Solutions Architect. Currently, they are the Founder of South Boston Consulting and recently joined Toluna as VP, Business Systems.

Erika M. completed their education at Southern New Hampshire University, where they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration & Organizational Leadership in 2012 and a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Business Administration and Management, General in 2017. Erika also participated in a Study Abroad Program focused on Operations Management at Scuola di Amministrazione Aziendale in Torino, Italy in 2011. Additionally, they have obtained multiple certifications from Salesforce, including Certified Salesforce Administrator, Certified Salesforce Advanced Administrator, Certified Salesforce Force.com Developer, Certified Sales Cloud Consultant, Certified Salesforce App Builder, Certified Service Cloud Consultant, Salesforce Community Cloud Consultant, and Salesforce Certified Data Architecture & Management Designer.
