Jon Arthurs

Jon Arthurs currently serves as Managing Director and Global Head of Sustainability at Toluna, a position held since October 2023 following the integration of Metrixlab into the Toluna Group. In addition, Jon Arthurs is a Visiting Fellow at Oxford Brookes Business School, providing strategic advisory support. Previously, Jon Arthurs held various leadership roles at MetrixLab from June 2015 to October 2023, including Managing Director of European Development and Global Sustainability Practice Lead. Jon Arthurs' extensive career spans over two decades, with experience in senior positions at firms such as MMR Research Worldwide, Lieberman Research Worldwide, Central Office of Information, and Unilever, focusing on insights, marketing consultancy, and strategic communications. Jon Arthurs holds a BSc (Hons) in Economics from the University of Plymouth and is set to continue education at the University of Cambridge in 2024.
