Abigail Wilmore - Founder

Abigail Wilmore (FCIPD) is the Founder and CEO of People Flow, established in December 2020, focusing on transforming HR practices and empowering professionals to influence leadership teams effectively. With extensive experience in human resources, Abigail held the position of Chief People Officer at TOM FORD FASHION (September 2023 - June 2024) and Dr. Barbara Sturm (February 2022 - September 2023), and served as Chief People Officer and Global HR Director at Stella McCartney from April 2007 to February 2022. Abigail's earlier roles include HR Director at Myla and HR Director at luxury brands Alexander McQueen, Stella McCartney, and Kering, as well as HR Manager at Knight Frank. Abigail holds a Master of Science (MSc) in Human Resource Management from London South Bank University.
