Patrick M.

Patrick M. is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition, employee engagement, and HR services across various organizations. Currently serving as the Global Director of People at Tom Tailor since April 2024, Patrick previously held multiple leadership roles at Lidl International from March 2018 to March 2024, including overseeing HR services, preboarding, onboarding, and employee engagement initiatives.
