Jeong Woo Chang has worked in the software engineering field since 2009. Jeong Woo began their career as a CERT Officer for the Republic of Korea Army in 2009. In 2011, they became the CTO of ZooQoos, where they developed a one-step deployment CLI tool, a SPA with Backbone.js, and a mobile app with PhoneGap, Facebook SDK, and Youtube API. In 2015, they were a Software Engineer Intern for Microsoft, and then in 2016 they were promoted to Software Engineer. In 2020, they became a Software Engineer for DocuSign, and then in 2021 they were promoted to Senior Software Engineer for Meta. Jeong Woo is currently a Software Engineer for Tome, a position they have held since 2022.

Jeong Woo Chang attended Chaminade College Prep School from 2002 to 2007. Jeong Woo then went on to pursue a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign from 2007 to 2016. In 2020, they obtained a Triplebyte Certified Front End Engineer certification from Triplebyte.
