Konstantin Bayandin is the Founder & CEO of Tomi.ai, where the company helps companies boost growth and improve unit economics with first-party intent-based predictive marketing. Prior to this, Konstantin worked at Compass as the Senior Director of Digital Marketing & Technology, and at OZON.ru as the Chief Commercial Officer and later as the Chief Digital Officer / Chief Marketing Officer. Konstantin also has experience as an Independent Consultant and as an Advisor to the CEO at OZON Holdings. Konstantin has a strong educational background, holding degrees from Stanford University Graduate School of Business, New Economic School, and Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology.
