Natalia Rudenko

Head of Revenue Operations at Tomi.ai

Natalia Rudenko has worked in a variety of roles since 2014. Natalia began their career at VTB24 as an Analyst in the Strategy Department, before moving to Otkritie as an Analyst of retail cards development and CRM. In 2019, they joined Popov and Associates as a Project Manager, and in 2021 they became the Head of Revenue Operations at Tomi.ai. In their current role, they work with data-driven marketers and revenue leaders in Banking, B2B, and similar sectors to improve visitor-to-customer conversion rates, shorten sales/conversion cycles, and make partially offline customer journeys visible to ad platforms.

Natalia Rudenko received their Master of Arts in Economics from the New Economic School in 2014. Prior to that, they obtained a Specialist in Applied Mathematics degree from Lomonosov Moscow State University (MSU) in 2012. In January 2022, Natalia obtained certifications in Inbound Sales and Digital Advertising from HubSpot Academy.
