Rachel Ulman Berkowitz

Rachel Ulman Berkowitz has extensive experience in product development and sourcing within the apparel industry, currently serving as the Director of Product Development and Sourcing at Tommy Bahama since August 2015. Previously, Rachel held various roles at Tommy Bahama, including Sr. Product Development and Sourcing Manager and Women’s Product Development and Sourcing Manager. Experience also includes an advisory role at Sapphire Bliss and freelance consulting in product development and research. Earlier career positions include Product Development Manager at Anthropologie, Product Development Director at Rebecca Taylor, and various roles at Polo Jeans, ranging from Director of Merchandising to Fabric Manager. Rachel holds a BA in Literature and Rhetoric from Binghamton University.
