Yu-Ling Tien (Ivy)

Yu-Ling (Ivy) Tien is currently working as a Sr. UX Researcher at Tomofun | Furbo Dog Camera. Yu-Ling (Ivy) has a strong background in user research, creating personas, user journey maps, and conducting usability tests to drive product strategy and optimization. Yu-Ling (Ivy) also has experience in product management, from ideation to launch, and has demonstrated skills in data analysis and hypothesis-driven development. Prior to their current role, Yu-Ling (Ivy) has worked in marketing and sales positions, showcasing their diverse skill set and experience. Yu-Ling holds a Master of Business Administration from National Taiwan University and a Bachelor's degree in Foreign Languages and Literature from National Tsing Hua University.
