Heather Stowers is an accomplished professional in the veterinary and animal conservation fields, currently serving as the Director of Grant Operations for the Scientific Grants Program at Morris Animal Foundation since May 2021. Prior experience includes ownership of Professional Vet Tech Services, along with roles as Relief Certified Veterinary Technician and Veterinary Operations Manager at Denver Zoological Foundation. Stowers also held positions as Practice Manager and Lead Veterinary Technician at Arvada Veterinary Hospital. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Conservation Biology from both UNSW and Victoria University of Wellington, a Bachelor's of Science in Animal Science from the University of Kentucky, and an Associate's degree in Veterinary/Animal Health Technology from Penn Foster Group.
