Madeleine Morley has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Madeleine co-founded and served as CEO of Tomojo, a company that offers natural and eco-friendly insect-based food for pets. Madeleine later co-founded and served as CEO of Entovet. Prior to their entrepreneurial ventures, Madeleine worked as a Global Markets Analyst at Natural Capital Partners. Madeleine also gained experience as a Climate Change Mainstreaming Analyst Intern at the Council of Europe Development Bank and as an ESG Intern at CDC Group plc. Madeleine's early career involved serving as an Officer Cadet at EUOTC in the British Army and as an Environmental Markets Intern at Fauna & Flora International.

Madeleine Morley completed their education with a Master's Degree in Environmental Technology from Imperial College London, which they pursued from 2015 to 2016. Before that, they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from the University of Exeter, where they studied from 2012 to 2015. Madeleine's educational journey began at Lycee Fenelon Sainte Marie, where they completed their High School education in the Economics Stream from 2005 to 2011.
