Heidi Nicoll

Heidi Nicoll is the VP of Talent Management at Tomorrow Health. Heidi has over ten years of experience in recruitment and talent acquisition, with a focus on the healthcare and technology industries. Prior to joining Tomorrow Health, Heidi was the Head of Talent Acquisition at Splice, Chief, and Shutterstock. Heidi has also held positions as an Executive Recruiter and Talent Acquisition Operations Manager. Outside of their work in talent acquisition, Heidi has experience in finance, having worked as a Finance Manager for Richmond Events and Fusion Public Relations.

Heidi Nicoll has a business degree from West Virginia University and a certification in data analysis from General Assembly.
