Louisa Schäfer has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Louisa most recently worked at Tomorrow as a Customer Service and Community Representative starting in May 2022. Prior to that, they were a Customer Service Representative at Tomorrow from July 2021 to May 2022.

Before joining Tomorrow, Louisa completed a traineeship at FELFEL - Good Food at Work from December 2020 to May 2021. Louisa also gained internship experience at Husqvarna Group in February 2020.

In 2017, Louisa worked as a Working Student at ZEIT Verlagsgruppe, where they conducted market segment analyses, coordinated with special distribution channels like Amazon, and planned and conducted a magazine reader survey. Louisa Schäfer pursued their education in a progressive manner, starting with a Bachelor's degree in Media and Information from Hamburg University of Applied Sciences. This was accomplished from 2015 to 2018, laying the foundation for their subsequent studies. In 2018, they participated in an Erasmus program at HU University of Applied Sciences Utrecht (Hogeschool Utrecht) to specialize in International Marketing and Communication for a year. Expanding their knowledge further, they then enrolled in Jönköping University from 2019 to 2020 to obtain a Master's degree in Sustainable Communication.
