Ronald Gerber

Head of Customer Support & Operations at Tomorrow

Ronald Gerber has extensive work experience in customer support and operations. Ronald is currently the Head of Customer Support & Operations at Tomorrow since May 2023. Prior to this, they served as the Head of Customer Support at Tomorrow from January 2020 to June 2023.

Before joining Tomorrow, Ronald worked at UniCredit Direct Services GmbH from 2014 to 2019. Ronald held various roles, including Standortleiter, where they led a multichannel contact center unit with approximately 100 employees in areas such as card, online, and general customer service as well as sales support. Ronald also served as the interim Head of Customer Solutions from March 2016 to December 2016 and as a Team Manager Collections from October 2015 to February 2016. Ronald started their tenure at UniCredit Direct Services GmbH as an Account Manager Collections from October 2014 to September 2015.

Prior to their role at UniCredit Direct Services GmbH, Ronald worked at UniCredit Family Financing Bank S.p.A. as an Account Manager Collections from October 2008 to September 2014.

Ronald Gerber's education history starts in 2000 when they attended Deutsche Bank and obtained a degree in Bankkaufmann. Ronald then went on to study at Hochschule für Grafik und Buchkunst, Leipzig from 2002 to 2009, where they earned a Diplom in Medienkunst. In addition to their formal education, Ronald Gerber obtained certifications such as Duolingo French Fluency: Advanced and Duolingo Italian Fluency: Beginner in April 2016, along with being recognized as an expert in English language proficiency by Duolingo. Ronald also obtained a Diplom in Bildende Kunst from Hochschule für Grafik und Buchkunst in February 2009.
