Matthew Potts

Matthew Potts has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Matthew began their career at BT in 2001, where they worked as a .NET Senior Developer and Business Intelligence Consultant for almost a decade. In 2010, they briefly worked as a Senior .NET Developer at Lloyds Banking Group before joining BAE Systems as an OBIEE Developer and Data Warehouse Consultant.

After their stint at BAE Systems, Matthew worked for various IT companies as a .NET Developer specializing in Umbraco, including Ph.Creative, KMP Digitata, and WeCreateClarity. In 2015, they took on a role as a MVC/Umbraco/Aurelia Lead Developer at WeCreateClarity.

In 2016, Matthew became the Managing Director of Mirage Automotive Developments Ltd, where they stayed until they joined Tomorrow's Journey in 2018. At Tomorrow's Journey, they serve as the Chief Technology Officer, a position they currently hold. Matthew's most recent role has allowed him to showcase their leadership and technical skills.

Matthew Potts completed their Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering at Glyndwr University from 2004 to 2008. Matthew then pursued further education and obtained a Master's degree in Professional Computing from Staffordshire University, where they studied from 2009 to 2013. In addition to their formal education, Matthew obtained certification as an Oracle OBIEE Certified Implementation Specialist in September 2011 from Oracle.
