Holger Carlsson

Holger Carlsson is a seasoned business executive with extensive experience in supply chain management and strategic development. Currently serving as a Business Partner at Tompkins Ventures and involved in client acquisition and development at IVISYS since July 2023, Holger also operates as the Chief Executive Officer and Senior Business Strategist at Carlsson International, focusing on sustainable supply strategies and process improvements. Prior roles include leading UN Supply Chain operations and performance management globally, and significant leadership positions at IKEA Group, where achievements included generating €200 million in savings through supply chain quality improvements and overseeing major procurement operations.
