Lindsay Butler

Lindsay Butler is an experienced professional in human resources and organizational management, currently serving as the GM of People and Culture at Tompkins Wake since November 2016, responsible for recruitment, health and safety, HR, coaching, and operations. Previously, Lindsay held the position of Practice Manager at McCaw Lewis Lawyers from 2010 to October 2016, overseeing all aspects of the office while focusing on human resource management and recruitment. Earlier experience includes serving as a Senior HR Officer at Heathcotes from 2009 to 2010.
