Mats Langfeldt Dahlback

Mats Langfeldt Dahlback currently serves as the Commercial Manager at TOMRA since January 2023. Prior experience includes roles at AS3, where Mats held the position of Head of Digital Business Development from February 2020 to August 2022, leading digital development efforts across the Nordics and overseeing the development of coaching services. Mats has a strong background in digital solutions, having worked as a Digital fag- og forretningsutvikler at AS3 Transition and as a Business Development Manager for Qlearsite in the Nordics. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management from Copenhagen Business School and a Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Psychology from the University of Bergen. Additional experience encompasses roles in change management, HR, and psychiatric assistance.
