Paul Lambert

Paul Lambert is an experienced operating partner currently at Tom's Watch Bar since January 2022, with a robust history in restaurant management, including roles as managing partner at Lupe Tortilla Restaurants, Cheddar's Scratch Kitchen, Bubba's 33, and Texas Roadhouse. Prior experience includes serving as general manager at Logan's Roadhouse and regional manager at Chelseas Street Pub and Grill. Lambert began their career in the United States Air Force as a law enforcement officer and graduated from the Law Enforcement Academy with honors. Lambert's educational background includes studies at Hardin-Simmons University from 1993 to 1995.
