Manish Kumar Jain

Manish Kumar Jain has extensive experience in plant operations and production management within the beverage industry. Currently serving as the General Manager of Plant Operations at Parle Agro Pvt Ltd since December 2012, Manish has held key positions including Plant Manager and Senior Production Manager, overseeing the operation and maintenance of juice-based beverages and carbonated soft drinks while ensuring compliance with ISO 22000, HACCP, SQF, and HALAL certifications for both domestic and export markets. Prior to this, Manish worked as a Production Manager at Paramount Trading & Ind (NIG) Ltd and at Parle Agro Pvt Ltd, along with a tenure as a Senior Engineer at Varun Beverages Limited where expertise in blow molding and injection molding machinery was developed. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering, a Diploma in Plastic Technology, and multiple MBAs focused on Financial and Production & Operation Management from Swami Vivekananda Subharti University.
