Bill Q. is a seasoned executive currently serving as Managing Director and Chief Investment Officer at Phoenix Group and Chairman/GP at Cypher Capital Group, both roles commencing in August 2022. Additionally, Bill holds advisory positions at Lyvely since April 2024 and as a Board Member and Investor at TON Foundation since September 2022.
