Joshua Zitting

Joshua Zitting has a strong background in IT and cloud operations. Joshua'smost recent role was as the Director of Cloud Operations at Tonaquint - Data Centers, where they led the design, development, and maintenance of enterprise software using cloud-based technologies. Joshua also supervised new customer configurations and managed storage area networks. Prior to this, Joshua worked as the Director of Managed Detection & Response (MDR) at Cingo Solutions, where they defined management protocols, designed internal policies, and provided training to support personnel. Joshua also introduced a Managed Service Provider suite for high-compliance industries. Earlier in their career, Joshua served as a Systems Administrator at TCN, where they modernized software deployment processes and implemented automation strategies. Joshua also designed and implemented a system monitoring platform and built an infrastructure as code platform using Chef. Joshua's experience also includes roles as a Systems Engineer, Senior NOC Operator, and NOC Operator at Tonaquint Data Centers. Throughout their career, Joshua has achieved significant accomplishments such as standardizing naming systems, surpassing sales targets, and registering high client support resolution feedback.

Joshua Zitting attended Dixie State University from 2008 to 2018, where they obtained a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) degree in Computer Science/Information Technology with an emphasis on Systems Administration. Joshua also holds certifications from VMware, including VMware Certified Professional 7 - Data Center Virtualization (VCP-DCV 2023) and VMware Certified Professional 5 - Data Center Virtualization (VCP5-DCV).
