Pruthvi Darshan B R, PMP®, has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Pruthvi is currently a Program Manager at Tonbo Imaging, where they oversee the delivery of optical vision systems to defense customers. Pruthvi is responsible for aligning project goals with organizational objectives, coordinating with stakeholders, and establishing strategic sourcing strategies. Prior to this role, Pruthvi was an Assistant Manager - Capex Project Management at WISTRON INFOCOMM MANUFACTURING(INDIA) PRIVATE LIMITED, where they successfully managed the setting up of NPI lines for iPhone manufacturing. Pruthvi was accountable for equipment transfer and production readiness. Pruthvi also worked as an Assistant Manager-Projects at Tonbo Imaging, handling projects related to night vision/thermal imaging cameras for the Defense sector. Pruthvi ensured project execution and adherence to plans for cross-functional teams. Early in their career, they held various roles at Larsen & Toubro Limited, such as Assistant Manager, Executive Engineer, and Graduate Engineer Trainee. Pruthvi'sresponsibilities included material resource management, planning, scheduling, and coordination of material procurement for different projects, including missile systems and naval equipment.
