Natasha Sharma

Natasha Sharma has extensive experience in the sugar industry, currently serving as the Interim Chief Technical Officer at Tongaat Hulett since July 2007. Previous roles at Tongaat Hulett include Group Head of Technical Services and General Manager, where responsibilities encompassed technical support, operational problem solving, project management, and environmental compliance. Prior to this, Natasha worked at Illovo Sugar Ltd from April 2002 to June 2007, holding the position of Assistant Process Manager and Engineer in Training, and was involved in budget management, process optimization, and staff training. Natasha holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of KwaZulu-Natal, completed in 2009.
