Sinthi Naidoo is a seasoned professional in the sugar industry with extensive experience from roles at Tongaat Hulett and Illovo Sugar Africa. Currently serving as General Manager and previously as Production Manager at Tongaat Hulett since February 2021, Sinthi brings a wealth of knowledge from a diverse career that includes positions such as Optimisation Engineer: Recoveries, Technical Specialist, and Assistant Production Manager at Illovo Sugar Africa from May 2004 to January 2021. Sinthi started the career as an Engineer In Training after obtaining a Bachelor of Technology in Chemical Engineering from the Durban University of Technology between 1999 and 2003.
