Jennifer O'Gara, SHRM-SCP has been working in the professional world since 1999. Jennifer began their career as a Project Coordinator for Newcrest Homes in 1999. In 2002, they became a Project Manager for Nobel Homes and a CA Real Estate Broker while self-employed. From 2007 to 2015, they worked as a Property Manager for Benner Properties and as Vice President of Business Development for Performance Financial Strategies. In 2016, they took on the role of Single Family Rental Loan Team for A10 Capital. From 2018 to 2021, they worked as a National C-Suite Search Executive for Quest Groups LLC, where they were responsible for Business Development and Full-Cycle Recruiting for VC-backed startups with a focus on GTM, Finance and Operations leadership roles. In 2021, they became the Go-To-Market Recruiting Lead for Tonkean.

Jennifer O'Gara, SHRM-SCP is currently pursuing a Certification in People Analytics from Wharton Online, with an expected completion date of 2022. Jennifer obtained their Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of California, Los Angeles in 1998. In December 2022, they were also awarded Senior Certified Professional certification from SHRM.
