Rory O'Brien has over 10 years of experience in the technology and customer service industries. In 2019, they joined Tonkean as the Director of Customer Experience and Head Of Solutions. Prior to that, they worked at SaaScend in 2018 as a Business Process Consultant. In 2017, they were the Director Of Marketing Operations at AUBV Media, where they saved the company over $300k annually by upscaling and growing their offshore team. Rory also created and implemented workflows for new email marketing processes used company-wide. In 2014, they joined RecruitLoop as the Head of Marketplace Operations, where they created the Customer Success department from a team of zero to five and created an entirely new product line. In 2013, they worked as a Sales Operations Consultant. Lastly, from 2009 to 2013, they worked at PerTrac as a Business Development & Senior Account Manager and Support Specialist. During their time there, they analyzed clients' performance reports and internal operations, provided software applications to increase the efficiency of the investments management process, and maintained a 91% annual client retention rate while managing $4.3 million in renewals from 260 clients.

Rory O'Brien attended the University of Nevada, Reno from 2005 to 2009, where they obtained a B.S. in Information Systems.
